The Job: Basically this job will require you to help to support workplace technology; this will often be specialist in-house programs or systems. This is often a good entry level position for graduates – however, sometimes these positions require certain skills and experience.
The Job: This job will require a very specific set of skills as it usually includes the development and ongoing maintenance of data base systems, operating systems and programs. You will need a firm understanding of the relationship between the software in question and the hardware in which it operates on. You will be required to have a software engineering degree for this one.
The Job: This job will require you to have experience in the back end development of web design and a degree in the subject. This job is highly technical and will require you to have a sound, in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS and more. This role is universally found in both small business organisations and global organisations.
Systems Analyst/Systems Engineer
The Job: Systems analysts are employed to investigate problems within the business; you will then be required to design information systems that will provide workable solutions. This role requires business know-how and technical knowledge. As the job title suggests you will need firm analytic skills; you will usually begin as a support to the senior systems analyst or even as a developer before entering this role.
